Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Bali Decor Rental located in Denpasar.

Join our BALI-based company to drive sales in line with strategic objectives to grow Bali Event Group revenue and market share. Work in a fast-paced action-packed role, whilst networking with many of Bali’s finest and forward-thinking people and properties with an industry-leading brand setting the standard for excellence in events.

EXPERIENCE AND HISTORY OF ACHIEVEMENT ARE IMPORTANT

EXPERIENCE IN THE BALI MARKET IS AN ADVANTAGE

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop awareness in the market of BDR brand as a leading provider of curated event rentals.
• Cross-sell and expand services to existing customers
• Develop sales and marketing plans to achieve goals
• Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services
• Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
• Generate leads and visit prospective clients
• Build relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients including meeting with clients face-to-face
• Attending events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends across the meetings and events sector.
• Creating sales targets and actively working towards reaching them
• Analytics to track and measure team performance
• Manage sales team results
• Accountable for performance

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Help to increase sales. Sales driven oriented.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

About You

You are an innovative and entrepreneurial person at heart and thrive in a role where you can use your connections and skills to contribute to the growth and development of an organization and brand.

Minimum 2+ years of business development experience preferably within the meetings and events industry.

Ideally have experience selling a product (ideally service) and/or being well versed in a sales process

Skills as an effective communicator – BOTH ENGLISH AND BAHASA written and verbal

A passion for growing business and engagement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem

A track record in delivering exceptional customer service experiences

An energetic sales, acquisition, and retention strategy mindset

Bali-experience / contact network is preferred
